We are committed to providing reliable VPS hosting services with a 99.9% uptime guarantee, excluding scheduled maintenance and circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We also provide technology solutions, including software and system development, as well as cybersecurity services such as security assessments, penetration testing, protection, and security consulting, in accordance with industry best practices. The Company reserves the full right to modify service specifications, allocated resources, infrastructure, or the method of delivering any of its services at any time as deemed appropriate to meet operational requirements, efficiency goals, and its business model, without any obligation to permanently maintain fixed specifications or service configurations.

Your use of Vetroniq services must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for all content stored, processed or transmitted through our services. All services are prepaid. Fees are non-refundable except as required by Saudi consumer protection laws.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate service with notice. We may suspend immediately for violations.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to direct damages up to one month's service fee. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Payment Processing

All payments for Vetroniq services are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. By using our services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the respective payment processors in addition to these Terms of Service.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Saudi Arabian law. Disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction where the service was primarily provided or where the payment was processed, depending on the nature of the dispute. For payment-related disputes, the payment processor's jurisdiction may apply.
